    what's your dream game?

been working out the bugs in the story for mine for five years now. i call it final quest and it was originally a novel i had written. whether it's good or not i'll let you all decide when the time comes.
the legends have returned...whenever i can finish these, lol.

I have said a few times now that my Dream Game is Looney Tunes vs Aliens, so I might as well make it official in the Dream Game topic.

Gotta use the beautiful, smooth headed, Aliens from the first movie too, not those ugly, bumpy headed, things from the sequels.

I can't wait for the software to make that.

It may go on XP, but not for a while yet. I need a better 'puter first.

    Peace.

    MOO!

Dude, I was just thinking about making a topic like this! Seriously!

Anyway, my dream game is Slayers' Reign. Been wanting to do it since 2001. I'd talk about it, but I'm not sure anybody knows what the real plot is supposed to be after the first couple hours (the demo is on RPGM1, I think it's still here), and I don't intend to spoil it right now until I'm sure I want to tell the big secret.

My Dream game is "Tribore's Transformation" (working Title), the game I'm writing for RPG Maker XP. It is based on a novel I never wrote and a game I never created plus all the cool ideas from games I've played over the past few decades. I'll probably add a few more things as I'm playing around with XP and seeing what it can do..

Story: You're a boy living in a faming town. You have to do something to prove your manhood, something goes wrong and people are hurt. [I'm not giving away any details at this point.] What you do about that is up to you. The game will be somewhat open ended with extra things to do if you want.

The Crown of Order demo is here.

my feelings exactly with my game. there's a fine line between giving some minor info and inadvertently giving away the whole plot.

I had a dream game that I wanted to do for RPG Maker 2, but it is seriously impossible to do without being able to code it yourself, even with RPG Maker 3. It was going to take non-linear gameplay to a whole new level. I'd tell you what it is, but I might make it when I'm actually in the industry. It was sooooo good, but alas, it can't be done with RPG Maker for it is way too advanced.

there have always been too ambitious games that this series can't handle. luckily i tailor mine to what the RPG Maker i'm using can do. oddly enough that way i can never really be disappointed by it.
