So uhhhh Jer. After my third xbox 360 decided not to read the game I figured to myself "I can't have gotten three xbox 360's that were all busted" so I looked at the bottom of the game to find scratches all over the bottom of it...

Now, something may have happened during shipping or something, or maybe one of the consoles ate it...

...BUT REALLY, I think you were just trying to get me to hate the 360 in your attempt to convert everyone to PS3 owners

There shouldnt have been any problems at all, the disk was in perfect condition when i sent it, no scratches. I know there were people having problems with Dead Rising, but i dont think i ever had the game freeze on me.

Bah, I dunno. It had scratches all over the bottom, must've been from one of the bugged consoles or something.

I traded it in for a whopping sixteen bucks and bought some live arcade games.

To answer the question about the Dawn remake: Remember the opening credits sequence? They showed "news footage" that was supposed to be all over the world, IIRC. I definitely remember seeing the White House.

well, if you want, i will send back half of what you paid for the game, since it doesnt work for you, it will have to wait a few weeks since i have alot of expenses right now with moving. I'm sorry its not working.

IRC, unfortunately that game is known for having issues, the reason i sold it is because i never had any, so i thought i had a good copy. i dont know if the issue is with the game or his 360's, which is why i offered to refund part of the money.

Would you accept a half refund from Best Buy on a defective game because they told you they couldn't be sure if it was the game or your system?

I know I wouldn't. I just think you should have at least offered to refund him everything minus shipping costs.

well IRC, i was going to have him send it back, and i would refund all the money, but since he already traded it in i'm not going to give him a full refund. And if you remember, i have sold games here before, and i would never send a game to someone if i felt it was defective. I'm not dishonest, nor an ass, unlike some people.

and i've already said that once i recover from the costs of this move, i'd refund him half of the money, i dont have a problem with it. I'd be mad if i bought a game and it didnt work right. I want to atleast give him something back since he couldnt play it.
