I hesitated on making a joke about thunderstones last night, thinking it wouldn't be funny.

          I was right.

My Hot Shots Golf had the see thru plastic falling in on itself. I just pushed up from the bottom of the disc to push it back, and it snapped into place and played again. Voila!

I'm completely honest when I say that Hot Shots Golf, Tekken: Dark Resurrection, and Valkyrie Profile are the best portable games I've ever played, but the UMD format is a fragile *****. Sony really needs to figure out how to make the format not as fragile, but they won't because they're just anti-consumer anyway.

Did you check the switch on the back to make sure it's not set to EVIL?

He may be talking about actually sealing them together properly, rather than just use a basic heat sealing method.

I read this, and yet, I still want a PSP.

No PSP for me, thanks. There is nothing on the system that interests me, aside from Lumines, but that's coming to PS2 anyway. I'm quite happy with my DS.

The only problems my PSP has caused me are ones I inflicted upon it... my R button needs a firm press to unstick, and my disc slide a bit janky. BUT, to be fair, that's cuz my threw it in a bag with my leftover buffalo wings after some delicious Hooters, and, well, you can guess the rest.

I am coming for all of you!

Jesus am I the only one with a PSP that has no problems with it, and UMDs that have yet to cause me any problems?

                                ...Should I even ask?
