Development team consists of devs that worked on Persona 3, Strange Journey, Nocturne, and Etrian Odyssey, as well as some of the team from tri-Ace.

Music from the guy who scored Legend of Mana and Kingdom Hearts.


It's got a time-travel bent to it that's being compared to Chrono Trigger. Apparently, you can travel back and forth in time to both change and see the reprecussions of your previous actions. I was mistaken in the Tactics Ogre thread. That game comes out on Feb 15th. This one comes out the following week.


I swore late last year to curtail my spending on games a bit (a lot) this year, but damn, man.


I keep trying to get out, but they keep pulling me back in.

if you ever played Kingdom Hearts you'd know that it has a good soundtrack. Oh yeah, the composer for those two games is actually a female. sheesh get your facts straight dood.

I'm very, VERY excited for this game and the upcoming Tactics Ogre. Two handheld games coming out around the same time with *****in' time travel mechanics? Mmmffff.

The other releases listed on Amazon for the same day are Bulletstorm and Killzone 3. Just found this fact amusing.

Out today...Jeremy Parish review.


He mentions all the other RPGs within ten days on either side of this (Pokemon, TO, DQVI, Xenogears on PSN), and hopes it does not get lost in the shuffle. Personally, TO and this are the only ones I care about, and hence, those are the two I bought. Granted, I probably will grab Xenogears. Might wait to play this for a bit, as I'm currently wrapped up too heavily in TO.

They rate them well. Too well in my opinion.

For example they gave DQV: Hand of the Heavenly Bride a perfect score, don't get me wrong it's a good game. But hardly deserving of a perfect A+.

It's almost like JRPG's get to be reviewed by an entirely different set of standards altogether.

Or maybe it's just Jeremy Parish that hands out these high scores to obscure games in hopes that people would buy them, almost like if perversion was a professional game critic! He's a *** anyways. (Jeremy Parish, not perversion.)
