I guess the question is, did you open it yet? If so, will be able to pack everything back in so it still looks brand new?

It doesn't matter the condition. You can return stuff that's been opened up and played with and just say "I didn't like it" and they'll take it back. Just make sure you have everything in the box. Check your reciept and if it's under 14 days then it should be fine.
