    Re: February releases

    Sorry...

But if we can't speak candidly about any game you've never finished, well, we might as well take a vow of silence right now.
Oh my god! You are so beautiful.
I had no idea how beautiful you were.

Geez...you only been "back" for a short time now, and already you're giving me the Mora/Magus treatment.

Is my lack of ability to finish games THAT much common widespread knowledge?

So...to remove my Backloggery sig or not...THAT is the question.

              Re: February releases

I'd be surprised if this month and next do not equal or surpass September/October, or maybe even October/November 2009 in terms of overall software sales.

Oh, wait. Modern Crapfare 2 came out in November, didn't it? Never mind.

                  Re: February releases

Okay, so probably not crap, but MWF2 seems to be another in a growing line of games that rode the prerelease hype to perfect or near-perfect review scores that when viewed in retrospect, like 10 months later (or less), would probably only garner a 7.75 to 8.25 out of 10. See also MGS4 and GTAIV.

I don't know what you're talking about there, Perv. I thought Metal Gear Solid 4 was a superb game, even if it was a movie.

                        Re: February releases

Just beat Bioshock 2, and while the story was no where near as clever, I found it equally touching and endearing.

Going back to Mass Effect 2 nao.

                          Re: February releases

Just transferred my preorder for GoW III (Pandora's box thing) to the BioShock 2 thing with the vinyl, art book, etc.

After some careful consideration (and another thread in another forum), I realized that all the bonus GoW stuff is "cool," but it's not even a genre I'm really all that interested in, so what's the point? I've got Dante's Inferno and the recently price-dropped GoW Collection to fulfill any tendencies I may have to play a hyper-violent button masher, so I'm good for now with that. BioShock 2, I MAY actually play. Maybe even online multiplayer.

And did some looking into Shiren the Wanderer. Wanna get it, but Gamestop doesn't even carry it. For some strange reason, though, it's listed on the Sears.com website. It's not in stock yet (or out of stock...one of the two), so I might check Amazon. The website for my workplace actually carries a surprising amount of Atlus games...before Demon's Souls was even on there, I think there were 9-13 (somewhere in that range) Atlus games available. Surprised the hell out of me.

                            Re: February releases

Haven't played Bioshock 2's multiplayer yet. It requiresGFWL on PC(ew).

I think i enjoyed Bioshock2's story more then the first, the more i think of it. I didn't get the CE, and regret it now. I want a record!

                              It's not a record. It's 180 gram vinyl.

                                Re: February releases

Been playing Dante's Inferno, and I really like it.

First group of DLC is out, but these are for souls to upgrade your Holy/Unholy abilities. These packs are a ****ing rip off. There's a free one for 500 souls, but then they charge $0.99 for 1500 souls, $1.99 for 3000 souls, then $3.99 for 5000 souls.

These damn things are so easy to earn on your own, you have to be a ****ing moron to buy these, and I'm sure some people likely will.
