    Gameboy Games

Not Advance. Just regular gameboy games.

Super Mario Land 3 - Wario Land
Tons o' fun I think. This is the game that made me fall in love with Wario. The music was great too.

    Metroid II: Return of Samus
This game, for me, just reeks of pure nostalgia. First game I ever beat (and my parents beat it before I did). Scared the crap out of me as a kid. Probably still would.
    ...and that's why.

Wario Land 3 is the best.

I didn't have too many, but I liked Nobunaga's Ambition.

Sad as it is, never played a single Mario/Wario, Metroid, Pokemon, or Zelda game (was there even a Zelda game on the GB?) on the old monochrome GB, and never owned a GBC.

Oddly enough, my family just recently found a very old game that was supposed to be a birthday gift for me back in early 1993. 15 years later, I am the proud owner of a sealed copy of "super mario land 2" (original version, not player's choice).

I haven't used my original game boy or my game boy color in a long time, so I decided to leave it un-opened for now.

There is someone out there that would surely pay good money for that sealed copy.

              Like me.

Aside from Link's Awakening, I never was a huge gameboy fan (gamegear and nomad WORD UP TO MY SEGA HOMIEZ). I did enjoy the Wario Land games, Kid Icarus, and Devil Summoner. The Dragon Quest remakes stole a huge chunk of my time and there was this really underrated platformer (ashanti? tiana? something like that) where you played as this belly dancer that attacked with her hair. Supposedly there was going to be a GBA version but it never got made although there was this equally awesome GBA action platformer called princess something that played a lot like the Monster World games except you were a girl with a sword.

Alright, time to root through my GB/GBA collection again.

Link's Awakening was the second game I ever beat, actually.

                Followed by Mega Man 5.

Link's Awakening, Pokemon, Mario Land 2 and Wario Land were pretty much all I played. Donkey Kong '94 was pretty amazing.

                        Kirby's Dream Land.

The Mega Man games were okay.

Rest of the crap I had was... crap. And the system was pretty headache-inducing.

"Hey let's a make a screen that's impossible to see."

*and so it goes until they make the DS Lite* :V

I own both of those gams. I got Mario Land 3 for 6 bucks and Metroid II for five bucks. I'm not quite a fan of the latter, though.

I decided to open mine. I wanted Mario Land 2 ever since that kid in Germany who was playing it wouldn't let me have a try. I was 7 years old.

It's too easy for me. Still, good game.

Link's Awakening...yep, I have it. I suggest you play Operation C though. It's basically Contra, and it's good.

They had that game on sale at Game Stop for 15 bucks. Then, they lowered to seven when no one wanted it, and I snatched it up! Suckers...

Pokemon Yellow is overrated. The only difference is that you start with a Pikachu. Big whoop.

Story has also been changed to match up with the TV show. it's also the least buggy of all the three versions of the first pokemon game.

That's the best reason to get a game, ever.
