    Another PSP Games questionaire

So I want more games for my PSP. I'm considering:

    MGS: Portable Ops
    Metal Slug Anthology
    Daxter
    Lumines II
    SW Battlefront II
    Socom?

Which of these is a must, and which is a not-so-must?

And what's the difference between MGS: Portable Ops and Portable Ops Plus? Is it better to go with one, or both? They both cost the same.

Is there any game not on this list that you suggest (Aside from FF:CC, I'm waiting till that drops in price)?

I played and enjoyed MGS 1 and 2. I did not enjoy Portable Ops.

The original Lumines, so you are not inundated with the bad music in Lumines II.
        Patapon.
        Space Invaders Extreme.
        Loco Roco.

All of those should be $20 new, so if you're looking to not spend full price on a game, I'd say get one of those.

I've heard Jeanne d' Arc is pretty swell too.

Loco Roco gets boring SO fast.

          I've enjoyed:

          FF Tactics remake
          Gitaroo Man Lives!
          Generation of Chaos
          Field Commander

be careful though! once you go monster hunter, you never go back.

metal slug seems like a good choice. a must have? actually yes if you dont have it for any other console.

If you can find it, go pick up Mega Man: Maverick Hunter, too. It's an excellent remake of an excellent game.
Twothorp was in immense pain. The blisters did not care.

Good question. Wish someone would have answered that before I got PO+. PO is essentially continuing the story of Big Boss several years after Operation Snake Eater. You can recruit members by capturing them or accessing... access points. Can be pretty addictive to just recruit soldiers. PO+ is more or less VR missions meets RPGs. You can gain experience for your soldiers and improve your skills. The game also allows you to transfer your PO data and use those characters. While this sounds pretty good, the game is like this: select difficulty on infinity mode, move through several stages before you can even complete your mission, can't bring previous weapons with you (though I'm not sure if that is the case for replaying these missions), if you abort the mission you lose everything you gained and everyone you recruited (unlike PO.), absolutely no story mode. It just isn't as fun.
