To those who downloaded the Too Human demo (Read)

Not sure if it's going to be patched (do they patch demos?) but apparantly you can glitch your way into the other classes despite being locked. I haven't personally tried it yet (on the way to bed) but I'm going to try it when I get off work tomorrow evening and let you guys know if I had any success.

Wanted to let you guys know in case they do try to update or patch it, so you can stay offline and play it before they do, if they do. That's assuming this is even real, but there were too many people saying it was real for me to think it's some hoax started by a few guys.

    Edit:
    Here's a link: http://toohuman.net/index.php?option...=33851&catid=2

Apparantly you have to highlight the class you want to play, then flick the stick towards the playable class but press A before the camera moves. Very hard to do, but allows access to locked classes.

And they've been working on this for like ten years. I was really hoping it wouldn't stink.

you arent allowed to judge it negatively. you either praise it or shut up. thats essentially what dyack said about the criticisms last time they let people play it.

I imagine sinking that much time into something bad would make me insane, too.

As much as I love love LOVE Eternal Darkness, this is starting to sound like an overcooked turkey.

I wanted to love Eternal Darkness. Its clunky game engine made it impossible.

                  Yeah. Ditto.

                  Dyack is gonna kill himself.

The man made one good game and he thinks he is the pope of chili town.

What, Twin Snakes? Wouldn't that technically count as remaking one good game? |:3

                            Well. Golly. Everything.

Combat is repetitive button-mashing or right-stick waggling, the animation is stiff and awful, the graphics are blurry and jagged like a bad Gamecube game, the menu and item management is clunky, confusing and ugly, and the story is dumb. Norse mythology in sci-fi trappings? Really? Writing and voice acting is poor (except Crispin Freeman~ swoon~) and it's just a bad demo. The presentation is lousy.

Remember the beginning of Gears of War? How it introduced you to the various facets of gameplay? Too Human doesn't try that. It just throws you in and is like "there, enjoy waggling a stick at some bad guys." There's no introduction to anything and the game has the gall to pull you out of the crap gameplay and give you some crap story.

This doesn't feel like a game that's been in development forever. It feels like amauterish pap. The friggin' Nietzsche quote at the beginning and Norse fanfiction bunk oughtta prove that. At least Hrafn will like it.

The puzzle-solving **** is dull, too.

I THINK GAMES ARE WAY PAST BLOCK-MOVING PUZZLES NOW OKAYYYY?

Oh man. And how long has it been in development?

You think that someone in his team would know how to polish and present a game. BUT IT IS A DEMMMMOOOOOO.
