sooooo sweet. gona buy this game when it comes out, i enjoyed the first two. now i wonder what specs ill need to run it, probably something really sick. my labtop couldnt even run the trailer from the official site so thats now a good sign. had to view it from youtube.

If it wasn't for Wrath of the Lich King coming this fall/winter, I would have predicted that we'd see Starcraft 2 this Christmas and then Diablo 3 the following Christmas. Alas, Lich King is supposed to come out in November.

So my predictions:

Starcraft 2: Nov. '09
Diablo 3: Nov. '10

If it wasn't for Wrath of the Lich King coming this fall/winter, I would have predicted that we'd see Starcraft 2 this Christmas and then Diablo 3 the following Christmas. Alas, Lich King is supposed to come out in November.

I don't really understand why you guys give Blizzard such a hard time about their dev times. It takes so long because they make sure to do it right. Blizzard has never released a sucky game before. Hell, not even an average game. Every game Blizzard has ever released was award winning. Better that they take their time than jump the gun and release a steaming pile of suck.

I just wish they would wait to tell us when a game is coming, until they were absolutely sure. Don't give us three or four release dates! (WarCraft III)

Wait, what??? I hope you are joking, because, to my knowledge, after building up the hype about the game for almost two years, they completely canned the entire thing, and it never saw the light of day.

Except they release a patch within a few days of the release. I remember v1.08 patch came out two days after Lord of Destruction (v1.07).

Uhm, what's your definition of giving them a hard time? I mean, I'll joke all day that Blizzard will wait to release a game until they're absolutely sure of it, but I see it as a good thing. Doesn't mean I won't exaggerate a game's release date to 2010.
