Ya just like Assassins Creed has an UNCLE song on their trailer but is it in the game... I THINK NOT!

Remember that trailer for Gears or War?

Where they had the Gary Jules cover for Mad World playing while showing Marcus Fenix run around and a bunch of monsters. But the song was never played in the game.

          Conclusion:

Songs played in the trailer sometimes don't appear in the game.

          EUREKA!

You know what's awesome? Playing through the game without using the map, without saving once, killing 200+ enemies, then dying against the second to the last boss because you were over confident and didn't heal once either! If you will excuse me now, I'm going to kick my own ass.

Huh? The series was perfect, the movie felt like an episode that was stretched out way too much. I'll end with that.

Didn't the song "Gears of War" by Megadeth get played in the game?

Was "Halo" by Machine Head in HALO 3?

I thought that one song in the intro to Silent Hill 3 was a little out of place.

Actually, you know why it's not scary? It's too polished. It looks too good and controls too well. The original Silent Hill was scary because the graphics were so primitive that even a monster in immediate proximity was unidentifiable, and you couldn't easily escape or defend yourself because the controls were sticky or sluggish.

Silent Hill turned its weakness into strength. Origins is too strong to begin with.

You actually make a pretty good point. The amount of detail in these monsters allows you to tell exactly what it is suppose to be. Also Travis actually seems to know what the hell he is doing. Must have been in quite a few brawls.

WOW GUYS I TOTALLY FORGOT ABOUT THOSE.

This was a song produced in house so I figured it was different, even then I wasn't exactly crying over it.

It was a simple question but I guess it takes three pavilionites to make a dumb point that doesn't really matter.

                      You're welcome. :3

And I totally agree with Kefka, the biggest reason the Silent Hill games for me were scary is because I would get panicked and didn't know what to do.

"HOW DO I SHOOT? DON'T RUN INTO THE WALL! WHAT THE HELL IS THAT?"

See, those are the reasons I got frustrated and angry with SH4 rather than scared.

                          Re: Silent Hill Origins

But Silent Hill 4 was an abomination.

The clumbsy stupid inventory system, the "new" fighting system with charged swings and the stupid HUD that came along with it, the back-tracking of levels, everything else.

It was such a chore to play that game. It was almost enough to make me turn my back on the series, so I hope that Origins instills some good faith in me until SH5.

The part that ****** me off the most were the gameplay mechanic snafus, though. Like not being able to stake a ghost because I'm caught in a loop of damage animations.

That was an issue of overly complicated control. The early Silent Hills had overly simple control.

Of course, being great, I had no problem with either.

How was overly complicated control responsible for being able to be hurt while I'm being hurt and bullets clipping through enemies?! D:<
