The Nintendo Wii only gets play about once a week in my place...i'm tired of it already, and there is almost nothing out for the system that i like.

I'm amazed though, i actually bought 2 DS games today, along with 2 other games. Rune Factory, Luminous Arc, D&D tactics (PSP), and P3.

yeah, i havent bought a Wii game since Super Paper Mario came out.

What games do you play on it? Same question to Valk and everyone else who plays their regularly. I suspect there's some good games I don't know about or am just not aware of how good they are.

Wii is doing a lot better than the DS did its first year I swore I had a total of 3 games until late summer. Graphics look fine to me, I guess everyone here is spoiled over the 360 and PS3 games.

To Alzar, it's not Nintendos fault. Blame the scalpers.

I payed an extra $100 for the Wii, I don't feel I wasted my money.

Of course I enjoyed my GCN games more than my PS2 ones for the most while.

Right now I'm not playing any actual Wii games, and instead going through Metroid Prime 1 and 2 in preparation for Corruption, which I cant get until next month.

I play the virtual console a lot, and I'm still not tired of Wario Ware. and Resident Evil 4 on the Wii makes one of the greatest games ever even better. and believe it or not, I'm still playing Wii Sports. I have not gone back to Twilight Princess since I beat it. That's typical for me with zelda games.

I havent been able to buy any games since RE4 for the Wii, and before that Oblivion for the PS3 back in May because of huge vet bills. There's a lot I want to get for the Wii. Still want Elebits, Excite Truck (yes, I played it and loved it), Sonic and the Secret Rings, and Super Paper Mario. For upcoming games, I want Dewy's Adventure, I want Zak and Wiki, I want Super Mario Galaxy, I want Umbrella Chronicles, I want Metroid Prime 3, I'm genuinely interested in SSBB, despite disliking the previous games.

There is a ton coming for the system that's on my "Must have" list. It's the only system that I play anymore, aside from the PS2, which is getting use because of RPG Maker alone.

Compare that list to the "interested in" list I have for the PS3 (yeah, its an actual list), which only has Lair and Haze on it. there's only one upcoming "must have" game for the PS3, and thats MGS4.

If I had a 360, the list would honestly be pretty damn short too. I want Dead Rising, Gears of War, Lost Planet, and Bioshock. That's it, including upcoming games. all four are "must haves".

The Wii is my favorite system this generation, hands down.

I didn't see Mario Strikers: Charged on that list Valkysas!

Currently what I have for my Wii are:
Paper Mario
Zelduh
Elebits
Mario Strikers: Charged
Transformers

And Wii Sports.

I don't even own any of the VC games, but that's only because I spent money on PS2 and GCN games I missed out on that are cheap now. Also getting the new Growlanser game because it's limeted edition and will only have 1 print.

Oh jesus, Strikers Charged is the new multiplayer infatuation, RE4 is a blast. Super Paper Mario was a fun one, new Sonic wasn't bad either. Warioware, Trauma Center, Wii Sports, and of course Zelda. Plus Starfox 64 off the VC.

No real complaints with the Wii lineup so far.

Come to think of it, I'm not all that impressed with my 360 anymore either. I'm just not the killgore type. I spent $50 on Lost Planet and so far it's been disappointing.

I agree. I just keep wondering what the Wii's lineup will be like in another year. Looking at the sales there's no way it'll be ignored by third parties. It's already sold as much as 360 in half the time and that's with people still having a hard time finding them, and unlike 360 it's successful in all territories. The DS has gotten to the point where it's doing things nobody would've expected when it first came out, look at Ninja Gaiden. But right now the Wii has more appeal from past consoles than its own library.

Cooking Mama 2 is coming a lot sooner than that. And sure there'll still be plenty of gimmicky crap on Wii for it's whole life cycle just like any other system. But I think there will be more and more good games coming along with it.

The thing that kills the Wii for me is that I mainly play rpgs and I don't see them getting mainy straight up rpgs. I pretty much bought my Wii for the same reason I bought a gamecube, The Big M's, Mario, Metroid, and Megend of Melda.

I haven't really bought anything for the Wii lately.....I was going to get Super Mario Strikers, but I guess I forgot. Maybe I'll order it off Amazon or something.
