the lower levels of cal you only need to register to play, but our main team had former cal-m+ players and had we been able to put together a solid lineup rather than only 3 of us really only being committed, then we would have moved up.
the illegal flash from lower made everyone in tunnels, as well as outside b, flashed for the full flash time, no matter where you looked. honestly, when we played practice scrims screwing around with this flash, all we did was the illegal ledge stack on ledge a to watch long and cat, then we had everyone else rush tunnels with the illegal flash. in our run of abusing both those bugs we would finish the first half up like 13-2 and 14-1.
stuff like that is game breaking, and therefore illegal.
also, CEVO has rules too, and im pretty sure that CEVO rules and CAL rules are pretty close to the same.
