...Using Photoshop's airbrush, and a lot of smudging around paint, I made this pretty desktop.

It's been my desktop for a while, but I haven't posted it, so yeah.

I'm not as great as the picture makes me look though, I just repainted a picture. I haven't done anything from scratch...

I think I was kicked offline for about two hours, so I'll say around then.

I used the cheapest wacom tablet. The hardest part was smudging the paint around. I practially drew circles for eyes, with a little white for the whites, and green for the irises. Then I pushed that mess of paint together to form eyes. That's how I did most of it.

So basically, you did in 2 hours what Photoshop could do with a few Filters in 3 minutes.

Filters can't get those brush strokes, and the blending, and the... BAH!
