As of now, I have commitments to my items worth a total of $78. I made a jump from $33 to $78 in a few hours.
Items are ending in 3 days and I am getting an influx of watchers. So hopefully I can get lucky and have some last minute bidding wars.
My dad also brought home, from his job as a postal clerk, a ton of USPS Priority boxes, mailing bags, labels, and rows of priority tape. Its all free as long as I use it for priority mailing (seeing as you get a box and tape free if you pay for that service anyways).
I just jumped from $88 to $133 and sold an item for $30.99.
My father took note of my items, went out to the local flea market, bought 11 pairs of "name brand jeans" for $10 and made me list them.
I just wish he knew how horrible the jeans he had me list are. Just because the tag reads, "Tommy Hilfiger" or "Guess" does not mean it will automatically garner tons of attention and bring in the amount of profit that he had in mind.
Oh well, I'll get the last laugh when none of his items sale.
I just got a message from the winner of one of my auctions, a pair of sized 34 Poseur pants.
He asks if I can send him "a 32 instead" as if I am some ****ing store and have a freaking stock to choose through.
I explain to him that this is the only pair I have, I am not a store so he can choose his size, and he should have read the description carefully before bidding.
Fearing that he would cut and run once he knew that, I told him that he should pay regardless.
His reply?
The money is already in the mail and I am the following-
A p***k, an ***hole, and a d***head.
And this is from a buyer with 90+ positive feedback. I may have came off as sounding upset since I am tired of stupid buyers, but still.
