    So...can we impeach Bush?

    Seriously, Clinton was impeached for getting felatio, why cant we impeach Bush for doing some blatantly illegal things, as well as lying to the entire country?

    He is spying on americans, illegally, and doesnt care. It just kinda irks me that this president is running this country into the ground, but apparently can do no wrong to some people, while Clinton did very well for this country, but yet was impeached because...he liked sex...

    this is sick.

      Unfortunately, even if Bush does get impeached that doesn't mean he will be gone. Clinton was impeached and still finished his term. I'm just glad that this is Bush's last term.

        He won't get impeached unless the majority amount of Republicans in office turn against him.

          This is one subject almost every pavilionite would turn against me for. So if I try to argue, I will lose. So yeah I guess you probably could. He would probably serve for the rest of his term as Jamos said.

          Although what if we did pull the troops home. Then What do you guys think would Happen? I am real interested in knowing. Not to fight with anyone, but just to learn what you believe. What you think is just as possible as what anyone else thinks. There are more things that can happen then I can think of.

          And I also believe that Bushes spying, which he did illegaly, may have been meant to help us against terrorists. But who knows what Presidents do anything for, since they are all crooks anyway.

            I can think of one thing that won't happen if we bring our troops home -

            They won't die fighting an illegal war.



            One that Fox News so conveniently labels as a "War on Terror" on their headlines after saying in their motto, "We deliver the facts, you judge for yourself." I can't stand listening to their loaded hypocritical commentary, and fail to see why so many other Americans don't notice.

            But yeah, side-ranting.

                Wow, I never heard anyone say that this was an illegal war. I wish to learn why? Explain please.

                Edit: Oh and I am protected against terrorists just fine because my guardian angel is protecting me.

                  not every president is a crook.

                  spying on americans to protect us from terrorists? WHAT terrorists? has there been any terrorist activity in the US lately? no? have there been any arrests or captures of terrorists inside the US? no?

                  sometime, go read the patriot act. it'll scare the **** out of you to know just what these people have the authority to do to me and you for any reason they care to think up.

                  as for pulling the troops out, yes, it needs to be done. Pretty sure no one wants it to happen instantly, since we gotta clean up the mess bush made there first. it's not the iraqi's fault that bush carelessly went in there destroying everything in sight without any tactics or strategy, and thus ended up destroying everything that should have been left intact. he bombed hospitals, schools, and many other purely residential areas. basically, if it was a stable building, it was bombed. if a person got angry at a US soldier for destroying their house or "accidentally" killing a family member, they were either shot on sight, or arrested and sent to rot in a prison.

                  bush is taking his sweet-ass time pulling out and reconstructing there because he wants a lot of the reconstruction to go to his US business partners, and he wants to get a strangle-hold on their oil operations.

                  this whole mess is a disaster, Bush has broken almost every war-time engagement rule there is, commited hundreds of crimes against humanity, and every day I hope someone will assassinate him.

                      as for what makes it illegal, the war effort was never approved by the UN. in fact, bush was told not to do it.

                      as a member of the united nations, thats illegal for him to do.

                            I still can't believe many Americans think Saddam Hussein had anything to do with 9/11 and the preemptive invasion of Iraq was justified as it was to protect America as part of the "war on terror".

                            As for the weapons of mass destruction that the Bush Administration promised were there and seemingly used to try and scare us into siding with his war effort...Bush has even said that the intelligence was off and that there are no weapons, nor where there ever. Nice one.

                            And I don't agree with the government spying on its citizens...especially in a land whose sole claim to fame is its freedom.
