Probably Batman.

Martian Manhunter would be best 'cause of his shapeshifting powers, but he has that whole "my entire race was destroyed; Maria, I miss you" deal going on. Then again, Batman lost his parents, but he gets some pretty cool supervillains to fight. (Please note, I don't know much about MM other than what I learned in the first and second season of Justice League.)

Superman wins the "stupidest costume" award, but loses best hero because he only has two weaknesses yet frequently takes a beating regardless.
