Winnipeg eh?! Awesome I go there a few times every year. I have dual citizenship and everybody on my mom's side lives up there. My grandpa runs "Harvey's Gardening Limited", they deliver soil and rocks and stuff. It's just on the outscirts of the perimeter by Charleswood. I have my aunt in uncle there in charleswood too.
