Oh man, I was hoping this Family Guy movie would rock so I'd have some hardcore entertainment this weekend. Now I'm forced to go to a stripclub instead.
The latest season has been dissapointing. It seems that now all they're doing is jokes about Meg. Stupid-Hot-Topic-Family-Guy-Fans.
I agree. The new season is horrible. In the first three seasons, there was a plot, lame as it may be. And throughout the plot, you'd see flashbacks and all those funny things that make up Family Guy. They would get in and get out. Now, they prolong their jokes and most of the funny things are just recycled. I was disappointed by the new season.
I don't mind the prolonged jokes. But it seems like they've decided on three or four jokes that they're going to use in each episode. The evil monkey, making fun of Meg, and Peter gets drunk and naked. Those aren't bad jokes because everyone loves the monkey, but if there's one each week then they loose their charm. And its almost like they're trying too hard to have a plot. I'm sure there's a Simpsons fansite out there just laughing its head off. Until they watch the third Marge kicks Homer out of the house episode of the season.
The Cyclops having only one eye, needed to seek shelter from the harsh sun. The shadow cast by the spheres gave him temporary respite.
It all depends what you like family guy for. I personally enjoy it for Peter Griffon, and there is plenty of him in there. Plus it says **** alot, yipee.
When elmer fudd shoots bugs then breaks his neck.. yeaaahh.
"At first it just looked like a picture of a bunch of lily pads, but then I started scraping at it with my pocket knife and the whole painting just sort of spoke to me," Schmidt said. "For the first time, I finally understand what Monet was trying to get across in her work."
