That's part of the problem.

Maybe the cat's acting territorial, seeing the couch as her domain or some crap. So she doesn't want to be touched while she lounges around on what she sees as her couch.

She was perfectly fine the next night, jumped up on my lap, slept on it. Go figure!

No. I just remembered this story from the print version many, many years ago. And in the process, I found the BP one that also seemed fitting.


Actually, I think I still have a few copies of print version Onions from about 1990 or so.
