      Also I don't think Teen Titans has hundreds of episodes with no continuity!

      Also Speed Racer and Pokemon ARE anime, they're just made for kids.

            It's just set in that universe, it's not like Jin-Roh was a manga story. It's just a story set in Oshii's little universe.
