Ive never even read the comic, but the movie actually looks good. From what I hear the comic is basically "No More Heroes", but kinda boring and with a love story subplot.

The comic is a good, nerdy love story and anything but boring unless you're one of the handful of people that found the Street Fighter II ending of the first volume too jarring. Can't say I'm excited about the movie but Kick-Ass is apparently super good despite the comic being bland so who knows.

Edit: Scott also has a gay roommate. He's pretty gay. Did I mention he was gay? I ask because the comic says he gay every time he appears and I can only assume the movie's script will capitalize on his sexual preference.

Scott Pilgrim is kinda the comic I wish I made.

I didn't know a sad, lovelorn author-stand-in making video game references constantly could be a viable thing!

I liked him when he was in Arrested Development.

He is, unfortunately, the exact same character in every role since then.

I've not seen any of his movies, but the trailers where he's the same socially awkward teenager again and again is kinda bugging me.
