this was actually approved by me.

he wanted a chance to start over. I felt like giving him one. Mora gave me approval to do it. all the admins knew about this.

he was off to a pretty good start, at first.

buuuuut....

he decided today that he was done with that. so renalma is banned, infractions carried over, and muse's account was reactivated.
