thats not what he meant. he has nothing against games (he's advertising in a few). he's just tired of parents letting TV and games raise their children.
Even though Obama has the polls by a landslide, I can't say for sure if he will 'win'. The U.S. public no longer decides the outcome of their elections anymore. This time though, the rigging could possibly go in the Democrat's favor because there are companies who stand to benefit from Obama in the White House as opposed to McCain, and they also have their hands in the rigged voting machines this time around, along with foreign interests who want Obama in the White House as opposed tio McCain,
If McCain 'wins', I don't think the American people will accept the outcome, however. There is very clearly a bias toward Obama(versus McCain) in the U.S. right now.
I saw part of the debate while getting some barbequed pork at a biker bar. McCain didn't have a valid argument or even any facts in the "Joe the Plumber" segment. It was laughable. I remember reading that chart referenced; I'll save just over $1,000 in taxes with Obama's plan, and next to nothing with McCain's, not that it will matter once hyperinflation sets in.
If my absentee ballot arrives, I'm voting Ron Paul. I don't support either candidate; Obama is a sellout to big business, McCain even worse. Why couldn't have Obama kept to the grassroots and not taken money from lobbyists? Why didn't he fight the extensions of the PATRIOT Act, fight Real ID, fight granting the telecoms immunity for allowing government wiretaps of our phone calls, and fight giving our hard earned money to bail out rich bankers? Why? He started taking money and listening to his financers(eg. Goldman Sachs of the banking industry, AOL of the telecoms, for starters). Obama could have been something great, but he sold out and he knows where his money is coming from. **** him. He had support in the beginning because he wasn't taking corporate money, and he took it once he had secured the nomination. **** him. We've been swindled. We wanted change in policy, and the only change we will get is either a black president or a woman vice president, with no change in policy and status quo maintained.
The unnecessary felling of a tree, perhaps the growth of centuries, seems to me a crime little short of murder." ~ Thomas Jefferson
There are people who are going to vote for who they want to vote because that's the person they believe in. I personally don't fault Terr for wanting to vote Ron Paul. He's not wasting his vote if he's voting for someone he believes in, no matter that the polls results say next month.
