Ahhh, the good old days.....When the FCC was more leanient towards what people put into children's cartoons....

Hey, did you guys know that the man who did the voice for Rocko is the guy who plays Garcia on Reno 911!? (Just an FYI.) Yeah, Carlos Aza....uh....um....Azaquir....um....(Sighs) I can never remember his last name!

And also does (or at least did) comedy stand-up. Pretty funny stuff (I actually laughed, which hardly ever happens). (Brought one of those Taco Bell chihuahuas doll up on stage with him too.)
