When I first came here, Funk was so funny that he was probably singlehandedly responsible for making me stay here.

I left shortly after I first joined, because I was terribly disinterested in the message board and lost motivation for RPG Maker. When I came back and posted for a while - in 2001, I guess - I got sort of jaded about the whole thing because everyone seemed to ignore me, and I made a topic about it. The then-named Misled Jeff made a post that I can't really recall the specifics, but it was incredibly respectful and kind. In essence it was "to buck up and stick it out because we don't make it easy on you." Not sure why, but that got me to stay.

Then Patryn and Mora started the CWS3 in mid-June 2002, and locked my fate forever with it, and the Pavilion. =3

I came back to the pavilion originally (for the first time on the new boards) just to get Gloomy Crow to draw something for me.

I stopped coming for a while and PC said I should post, and when I looked at the pav Caciss was giving someone **** and it was funny so I started posting again.

I guess Alzar, he was going to ban my isp unless I registered on the boards. At the time I was more into the chat, and making games. I saw the boards as not really the most interesting thing on the site.

What is something that people often do here at the pavilion that you hate?

I really hate the auxiliary mod people; and conventional emotes; and 4chan memes.

And uh, what do Superhero Bob, RedDragon, Dusk Raven, RPG Designer, Karim, Fushigi Renamon, AlexMagusaka, Gustaff 13, Vonwert, and Gray look like?

I can't think of any one person in particular, but there are a few people here who are interesting enough to make me want to stick around. Naming names would be tacky.

Its not just one person...I stay here because of the vast variety of people here, everybody does their own thing, whether its comics, writing, drawing, music, etc... its all here in one place.

If I had to give one person responsibility for my being here, I guess it would be whoever used to pimp the Pavilion on the Agetec boards when this place was first made. Kire, maybe? I suppose that doesn't really answer the question, though.

I use to lurk in the old forums occasionally and eventually I forgot where it was. Then I saw this place and joined. That is about it for me.

My favorites are Magus, Kefka, Dreamy, Mora, Javier, Porkchop, Jester, Czechs and Nixon. Magus is at the forefront, because I think he's consistently the best poster.
