My birthday is May 11th, and I want 1 early gift: I just want Obama to win in both Indiana and North Carolina on Tuesday, forcing Hillary to quit...I'm just frankly sick of her and this whole bickering in-fighting in the Democratic party.
Beyond that, whoever wins is getting Illinois, anyway...Barrack is from here, and Hillary grew up here...and Illinois hasn't gone Republican in 20 years! I'm thinking of writing in Ron Paul just because I agree with some of the Libertarian values and would like to see the political process give them more credence.
Some may say I should keep promoting whoever wins the Democratic nomination, but let's face it...I have NEVER EVER witnessed someone changing their political position as a result of a debate. If someone DOES change their political affiliation, it usually has to do with events in their lives rather than political discourse...besides, I was never good at persuading anyone to any position or cause.
