I mean like excerise shows, cooking show, ect, where you turn it to another channel as soon as your friends or family come into the room.

I'll watch "Shimmy" on the fit tv channel. I remember when I was younger I actually would watch some of those soap operas.

Shows like The Hills, The Paper, My Sweet Sixteen, etc. It just amazes me how terrible these kids are, then they glamourize that kind of behaviour.

Then only time I turn the channel is when I am watching something that my son doesnt need to see and he walks in. Other than him, I dont give a **** what people think about what I watch.

I don't have cable tv (or regular) but I did find myself watching Heroes online as soon as possible.
