    Japanese translation (help!)

A friend of mine is being an ass, and would only give me the answer to something in Japanese.

What does this translate to? It's some character from an anime I believe. The first two characters are supposed to be the same, I just suck at drawing. He said the first two were two letters each, and the last was three letters, for a total of seven letters. I believe it has some tie in to Shinta or something to do with Rurouni Kenshin.

    Anyone know what this says?

He changed one of my passwords temporarily to be funny. I want to one-up him before he gets any other ideas.

It's been a while since I took my Japanese class but I think that's Kakashi. Sorry if I'm incorrect. Hiragana character Ka twice followed by Shi.
