I could give less of a crap...they are just going to fill the jails with people who don't want to pay or can't...this will probably bite virginia in the butt, but as for my driving...in the city I drive the speed limit...interstate can be anywhere from 15-45 mph over the speed limit...ha I like to drive fast and I have a clean record for the most part.
