I just realized something! Clothes are a lot like rental cars!

You travel around inside both things. And when you have no more use of your clothes, you most likely give them to things like Goodwill. You don't get any money back for using them, you just spend to use them.

And that is my freaky analogy. See what happens when I get bored in class?

allow me to take this analogy too far...

i guess you could say that like a car needing gas your clothes need soap and water to "keep going." if your ghetto then you would get your clothes repaired when they "break down," and just like a car you could get the traditional donut tire style by applying a non matching patch to a hole. you may even say that you can let others take your clothes for a spin.

@mora: im sure they would take used cars as long as the rental agency has stopped looking for the particular one your trying to give them.
