Easy way to watch region coded DVD's?

The other day I bought a region coded dvd and I kinda forgot about the region settings in DVD players, anyways I was wondering if there is an easy way to watch it.

My PC cd drive doesn't work so thats out of the question, and I don't want to order a region free player just to watch this movie.

Doesn't the AR Max free region settings or something?

Anyways any help would be great.

AR Max let's you play DVD's from every region, yes.

Best Buy usually carries them. You can also buy them from their website as well.

AR Max doesn't convert PAL to NTSC, though. If you're just getting other NTSC videos from japan for example, you're fine. Otherwise it won't play it at all. But for me, I (forgot where) ordered a modified DVD Player so I can watch DVDs from all over, and it even converts the PAL video so I can watch it on my tv.
