I use it even if it touches the floor. Isn't really a big deal.... unless if you are in a public restroom. You shouldn't even be taking a poo there, in the first place!

I'll dispose of any squares that hit the floor without using them--I don't want whatever's on the floor getting inserted onto... well, you see where that one's going.
