    Re: Pavilion fit club

I'm not sure what I weigh. If the scale at work it right then I'm somewhere around 230. But I look too scrawny for that. I have no motivation to exercise. I also have no meaningful input.
I want that Mulan McNugget sauce, Morty!

I'm at the gym 6 days a week. Around 2-4 hours a day. 3 days upper body, 2 lower body and abs, and 1 day cardio. I'm around 160lbs. I'm as big as I want to be, now It's mostly working muscle endurance to get more defined. It might be easier if I would eat healthy, but whatever.

My hours being cut= more gym time.

I try for three times a week doing these activities.

Bench Press, 3 sets (135 lbs.)
Bike ride (10 minutes/session; Average Heart Rate, 120. Average distance, 2.1 miles)
Abdominal Crunch, 3 sets (20 lbs.)
35 lb. free weights, 2 sets, both hands
          Basketball

          Etcetera.

Right now I'm just trying to get past a hump. I have ridiculous abdominal endurance*, and I can do over 200 lbs on the rope crunch, but I'm not quite to a dragon flag yet. I can do 100 pushups in less than fifteen minutes (with 45 second rests between sets of 10 reps), but I don't have much explosive power and I haven't reached my goal of a planche.
*8 exercises with 400 reps each

I'm sitting at 155, trying to get some muscle mass but it's so easy to just be content where I am and not change my diet~

I'd be doing more if I had a gym membership. And I'm about to start a second job, and it's getting cold, and I have other things to worry about like portfolios and apartments. I do go on long walks and bike rides now and then, plus dishwashing is keeping my arms tone if not killing my hands.
                    ...and that's why.

I'm going to change my diet and eat alot cleaner. I already eat clean...ish. I just need to cut down on the booze and koolaid. I suppose I'm going to do more cardio too. Just to keep my waist down. It's hard balancing act changing your body! Especially with diet, since that's basically 90% of what changes your body.

I eat whatever I want, as long as it has a bunch of protein.

I'm confused. Did Pinhead just brag about doing 100 push-ups in 15 minutes, and then diss Marl?

                                ...Huh.
