How do you make the spoiler tag--the one where the spoiler isn't visible until someone moves their cursor over the text?

When you make a post, there's a button called Sp in the upper right hand corner. To put it in effect, select the text you typed in, then press the Sp button. It should look like this.....
*** SPOILERS ***
That's how to make a Spoiler!

It's a really neat feature, and we owe it all to thetruecoolness.
Before this feature was introduced, whenever people wanted to point out a spoiler, they had to go like this.....

Sorry about the confusing acronym, but each button has a hover on it. Also spell check would be redundant as most browsers have built in spell check now (IEs is available as an AddOn, FFs is build in the browser now).
