Does vBulletin allow the use of its API? I want to make a compact desktop program that automatically updates at set intervals and displays the newest posts on it, but I need the API before I can do it...
I know such a program would help me out, as I wouldnt have to constantly refresh the screen, but it all depends on whether you have access to the API or not(which I doubt)
[EDIT] On second thought, that would probably eat up alot of bandwidth
