Not all will be out day one of course. All that's been said specifically is that there will be less than 20 right off the bat.

Also, the first 500k PS3's will be packaged with Talladega Nights on BluRay. And since there's only going to be 400,000 PS3s nationwide on day 1 that should mean every one of them will have it. Now, if only it were a movie I had any interest in watching.

At least Talladega Nights is a movie people will want to get their hands on. The rest of the Blu-ray line up? Fantastic Four? League of Extraordinary Gentlemen? Speed?!

wow, weak line up for day 1. it's mostly sports titles.


If they wanna push the blue ray format, I would hope they release a lot more movies quickly for it. all I have ever seen is one tiny rack for blue ray and HD DVD movies at best buy. and I mean tiny, it was practally hiding behind the main DVD shelves looking like a lost puppy.

And as a side note, the North American peripheral prices are as follows

Sixaxis controller $49.99
PS1/2 Mem card adaptor $14.99
BD Remote $24.99

I don't know why so many people complained about the $60 Wiimote/Nunchuk price. Both the other consoles wireless controller is $50 and those aren't two seperate devices.
