What's the best way to take a screenshot of a TV? :|

A video-in port on a video card?

Maybe a digital camera with no flash, and all lights off.

A TV Capture card is good for that. I have one connected to the VCR the PS2 and the otehr games systems are connected to. I can take screenshots of just about everything. As a last resort, you could just use a digital camera and take a picture of the screen.
