Welcome to the new and improved RPG Maker Pavilion!
Finally everyone gets to see what my grand vision for the Pavilion has been since I took over in june last year. It's still in progress, but everything should be uploaded and working tonight.
Now, the pavilion URL hasnt been changed yet. Thats coming though. Currently, www.pavilionboards.com (http://www.pavilionboards.com/) takes you to the front page of the new site, and www.pavilionboards.com/forum (http://www.pavilionboards.com/forum) takes you to the forum. We'll get it straightened out so each domain name takes you where it should, but the main concern right now is getting all the content transferred over.
RPG Maker 2 Full Games are uploaded and ready for download. just click the link in the navigation bar to see the amazing list of two finished games.

Wow, I'm very impressed. I'd go so far as to label this "freakin' insane." Great, great job.

it's a glitch. I dont know what's causing it.
the actual records show 92 different members per day as the high, and 76 being the lowest.

So what is the story with this site? I remember joining an older version of RPGMP a while back ago, maybe years, I dont remember, but it was before RPGM2 came out, and FFXI, since thats one of the things that made me never get around to RPGM.
But yeah, last time I was tooling around this place was a lot different, but I do remember some of the guys i.e. Valk.

RPG Maker Pavilion launched in june of 2000.
The pavilion has gone through a lot of changes over the years, most often brought on by the frequent changing of webmasters (kireblade started, and still owns the site). I think I'm the 10th or so webmaster of the pavilion. new webmasters take over whenever the previous one gives up and lets the site sit un-updated for a few months/year.
so far I've been the one to do the most changes to the site, since I took over last june. I first gave the site a make-over (http://www.rpgmpavilion.com/pages/rm1full.html) that had the wonderful habit of only working on IE, and being a pain in the ass to update, due to the way the html was set up.
we moved off EZboard finally february 1st of this year. immediately after moving the forums here, I started coding the new version of the site, which launched a month later.
Still doing a lot of work, only 30 percent done (should actually jump up to around 50-60 percent sunday, which is when the new graphics should be ready).
The pavilion has a bright future ahead of it, I refuse to let it sit around static like it did in previous years. To be honest, I never saw this coming. I enjoyed being the random insane guy on the forums, never imagined I'd end up running the place. but this is okay. this is fun too.

I enjoyed being the random insane guy on the forums, never imagined I'd end up running the place. You can still be the random insane guy. Just don't let your insanity and work get mixed together. Wouldn't want this place to become the Smitpok Pavilion.:p

That insanity still reigns. You just don't know it.

oh god, I forgot all about that incident. you'd think something like that would stand out in my memory, but no.
the insanity is coming back to the pav, I just bought a bunch of model rocket engines and um... adult toys to attach them to. I'm holding off on the amazing launch of it until the fourth of july when mikochan will be standing by, videotaping everything.

Yeah, great job Valk, I'm glad this place is still around. What I mostly remember from when I was on it last was losts of Speculation about RPGM2, and people trying to find screenshots, and the date constantly being pushed back for it, and people telling others not to believe whatever release date they see.
Well, besides all the talk about the games and such, I do rememeber seeing George Bushes Cocain Quest, I still need to get a Dexdrive so I can try it out.
