So yeah yeah better graphics, blah blah sound blah. Extra dungens blah blighty blop poop!
But the translation is good. Really good. It's based on the PSX version but a word changed here and line there and it becomes really smart. The characters have a lot more personality, the script is more subtile, intelligent, characters have a larger vocabliary, dialog feels less forced, and so far there's been refrences to Something Awful and Real Ultimate Power.
Good stuff.
