    Most hated game

Tales if symphonia dawn of a new world.

Main character sucks and never played the first so don't know what going on and only played 3 times.

Tactics Advance. For crapping on my dreams. Honorable mention for MGS 2 for the same reason.

I actually enjoyed that game quite a bit. Mainly because all it does is give some fanservice to those that played the original. It doesn't try and hide it.

The main character, is bad, but thankfully kind of plays a background to the supporting cast.

        As for my most hated?

Right now, Call of Duty Black Ops or Minecraft. Not because they are bad games. I am just so freakin tired of hearing about them, all the time!

Halo 2, for losing Best FPS of the Year (to Half-Life 2, and rightly) but winning Best Game of the Year.

No one cares about those awards. I don't even know which one you're referring to, but I guarantee this is the case. All they are is something to put on the box that no one looks at.

Odin Sphere, probably. Every time I read about it, it seems like a great game. Every time I actually play it, it's just a mixture of boredom for the tedious combat, disappointment for the cool-looking, poorly-implemented features, and hatred for the characters and story. I don't get it. This should have been one of my favorite games.

ToS Dawn was a game made for fans of the original Symphonia. If you didn't play the original, you won't get it. I find Dawn to be decent, but it doesn't hold a candle to the original Symphonia, which had much smoother controls, a ton of really likable characters, a completely coherent (and surprisingly dark at times) narrative, more intuitive character-building systems, and an entire world (and more) to explore. It was my favorite RPG since Star Ocean 2 (which was all the way back in 2001).

Go ahead and buy Tales of Symphonia (and a GameCube controller if you don't have one) and stick it in your Wii. You won't be disappointed.

Ninja Gaiden Sigma... I really wanted to like it. I finished the damn thing, but I went hoarse doing it, then gave it away.

The combination of unrelenting difficulty achieved through swarming or extremely overpowered foes, few save/recovery opportunities, and wonky camera had me throw up my hands at the end. **** that whole series. I'm done.

                          Spike TV awards, I'm guessing?

Silent Hill: Homecoming. I've tried several times to play through this game.

The story doesn't interest me. The town and characters are boring this time around, and the only good thing about the game was the music.

My main problem is: I don't want to engage in one-on-one, intimate street fights with every single ****ing monster. Especially not while the other monsters will attack you while you're still trying to kill the first one. Even when I get their patterns down, it's so annoying to have to go through the same motions EVERY TIME. It's not fun, it's tedious.

You're supposed to be able to do a lot more, including jump over stuff, crawling through places, going through broken windows into other rooms, etc. Yet you're stopped in the FIRST PART OF THE GAME by a tiny chain laid across a short gate that you could easily maneuver around. But no, you can't jump over it, you can't go under it. Despite these types of examples cropping up in other places, the game still won't let go of the whole "I'm going to make you encounter worthless obstacles that only serve to show off how we "let" you engage the environment!" Bah.

                              Probably, I don't even remember.

Halo never made sense to me. Its a generic shooter with a generic science fiction story. Nothing about it makes it deserve the acclaim it gets. Halo: Reach was the first of the series to actually change its boring formula, and all it did was copy a half-dozen other shooters by adding classes (Team Fortress, Star Wars Battlefront, etc).

I played the first three (one on PC, the other two with friends) and was not impressed.
