Content Cut During Development

Since I've just recently heard that a lot of content was cut from RPGM2 pre-release, I'd like to ask what exactly was removed. Just curious, really.
So far, I've heard that a Character Builder didn't make it into the final version.

We already have a little more information about that in this thread, so please ask your questions there - just so Valk and anyone else in the know don't have to jump back and forth between topics.
