URGH, forgot that one, too! If you're in the mood for more depressing-as-hell WWII drama after that, watch Barefoot Gen I and II. Cried like a baby during II.
Back in the day, it was American Beauty (and no, not the bag scene, Mora). Also, Heavenly Creatures' last scene before the film ends used to rip me to shreds. And Before Sunrise used to make me weepy, not so much because it made me sad, but because of how well-done and knowing certain scenes are.

Anyways, movies that make you cry? Well, I can get pretty emotional, so I'm not going to post the most embarrassing movies.
Of course, if you want a guaranteed tear-jerker, Up is the best way to go. I was crying within the first 10 minutes, but one scene that will make you both love and hate life is when *** SPOILERS ***
Carl finds the scrapbook, and realizes that HE was Ellie's big adventure. "Thanks for the adventure. Now go have one of your own."

Kinda embarrassing: the end of the most recent Harry Potter movie; not because it was a great ending, but that particular scene in the books gets to me every time.
I'll think of more at a later time, because these two make me sound like a 12 year old girl.
