    I hate brand loyality

    Really, I don't understand it.

It's a product, not a way of life.

Whether that's video game systems, PC vs Mac (though mac is way overpriced), car companies, ati v nvidia, intel v amd, coke v pepsi, etc.

Obviously, if you buy a product from a company and its horrible, and so you refuse to ever buy from them again, or its great and you favor them in future purchases, or if you work for them--that's one thing.

I just can't stand people who actively argue for or against specific companies when they haven't even tried the product, as if they're paid employees of advertising firms. Tools.

Sony sucks. The PS3 is destined to fail.

I WANT TO PLAY WITH MY WII!

Macs are costly, I would have to take the time to learn how to use a new interface, a lot of the programs I use I wouldn't be compatible on a Mac, etc.

I would never buy a Mac, but I understand why some people would.

If you don't care about money/you're computer illiterate, then you might want to get a Mac. Also, if you're into graphic design/music remixing you're probably better off with a Mac.

So, while buying a Mac is probably a stupid move for the vast majority of people, I'm not going to be one of those tools that's like: "You bought a Mac?! OMG you idiot!!!1"

          "Hi, I'm a PC. And I'm a MAC."

Probably with that commercial is: most people are like the dude playing the PC!

Brand loyalty is ultimately childish...because they have no loyalty to their consumers, really. I used to be all Nintendo rules, Sega sucks growing up, but then getting a PSX when that was the best system shook me out of that view. It's kind of human nature, as I'll watch lots of Bears/Bulls games this year just cuz it's Chicago.

I have a loyality to Meijer.

I think that's the only company I really do.

I'm loyal to Sony, because they have a proven track record to make **** that doesn't brake on me. Nonwithstanding one PlayStation 2, but to be fair I played the everliving **** out of that thing. And when I called Sony about it, they gave me a new one for free for being such a loyal customer.

                    :B

I don't think I have any brand loyalty... There are franchises that I love, but if they make a crap product I won't support it. I like things based on their own merits, or because the glow of nostalgia blinds me to their flaws (Goonies).

macs are better for audio, video and photo creation purposes.

Well for one the interface makes going between programs really handy, but I think windows 7 may have caught up in that regard :s

Pretty sure mac monitors are superior or something too.

There are many programs that you can get on PC that will run the same or better then MACs (sony vegas for instance for video.)

I'm loyal to things that work and I like.
