If you were ever to fake a case of diarrhea, it’d probably be best not to do it around friends. When things get out of control, it's always your friends who have to lend a hand to help clean up your personal mess, so I would foresee them being a little stand-offish towards you. To make matters worse, things would continue to blow up in your face as they may start to make fun of you. “Hey, can you do me a solid? Oh wait, never mind.” If these hardships or any other reasons lead you to confess, then they’ll call you a sinner and make you feel guilty for killing Jesus with your fake diarrhea. No no, not a very good outcome indeed.

Faking diarrhea around strangers may offer nothing but luxury, however. The one scenario that jumps to mind is being in line for a ride. Imagine this - you're in line for a roller coaster. You hold your stomach, have a painful look on your face, and start bouncing up and down. Imagine it. Just do it.
