    So, I got a PSP.

And it's got a dead pixel. I am NOT happy. Plus the loading screen on Lego Star Wars takes for fricken ever. But I am going to go and return it tomorrow and get a better one.

And why didn't anyone tell me it didn't come with a usb cable?!

Yeah, you can find USB cables around 10$ or less at Wal-Mart.

If you have a camera you might have the cable that should work with it.

On loading issues, not much you can do about that.
Newer games allow you to cache some media data on memory sticks.

Ah, yet you are wrong. I did get one that came with a game--It was the Rachet and Klank Version, plus I bought lego star wars. :P

But I am going to return it, and I do have a cable that might work. I just haven't tried it out quite yet.

Still ****** about the dead pixel though.

you can take any psp back for a dead pixle even if it doesnt have one and that is the great thing cause NO ONE CHECKS FOR THEM!!!!! so if you do some other damage you can bring it back on grounds of dead pixle plus do you have a digital camera its the same usb cord and you can get that cord for DIRT CHEAP online

Seriously, i think my fattie has a dead/stick pixel or 2, but i dont even notice when i'm looking at a completely black screen. Unless your dead pixels are near the center i'm surpised you even noticed them.

The PSP has a bunch of great games Libby, if you ever need some suggestions, let me know.

I have like a gajillion of those kinds of USB cables. They've comes with almost every printer, scanner, and camera Ive ever bought, and now they just sit in my big "random computer cord" drawer. I have something in there for damn near any kind of plug.

It's near the middle, so I noticed right away. Still am going to return it, I paid 200 for the bloody thing. I did find a silver USB cable that match.

LMAO. Well, currently I've got FF:Crisis Core (I'm a fangirl, what can I say?) Lego Star Wars, and Ratchet and Clank. I'm downloading the demo of Phantasy Star, but I'm really holding out to do more research on getting my PSP to play some of my old PSOne Games. I have the ability to rip them from their original disks and convert them to the E-Boot, but I don't know if you have to have a special program installed on your PSP to be able to do so, or what. Didn't someone say that they had done something with RPGMaker 1?
