This is another project of mine that I have yet to decide what sorta software to create it with. (I may or may not use the RPGM series.)
The story follows nineteen-year-old Vanya Dreyfus, a college student who has recieved a strange letter from her grandmother, with whom she has had little contact with over the years.* Along with some friends, Vanya travels to Elkhead Island, a small island off the Washington State coast.^ But upon arriving there, Vanya and her friends are attacked by mysterious masked men.
Vanya awakens in a cage, only to escape with the help of a mysterious inner power.` Vanya soon finds herself in a frightening journey to save her friends. Along the way she discovers more to her strange, newly found power and sees visions of and hears brief messages from her grandmother.
There have been a few changes to the original storyline:
*Originally Vanya wins a free trip in a contest across Europe during spring break, but it could also be applied to a trip to Elkhead Island.
^Originally Vanya and her friends up in a small, Eastern European country called "Moldovia", but I'm afriaid that would be too Resident Evil 4.
`Origianlly Vanya was rescued by a spectral white wolf, but let's face it. That sorta thing has been done a lot.
It's going to to be a survival horror. This is actually the original incarnation of my barely-alive-and-very-brief Haunting Ground 2 project.
So...thought or feelings on the new story vs. the old story?
