I've been trying to get into this beta since they started the beta test, i've tried IGN's, Gamespots, XPlay's and just about every other site and stuff that has offered beta tests, and no luck.

Grrrrrr, oh well, only 3 weeks to go for the game anyway!

I got some big plans for LBP when it comes out. I plan on making mini-stories.

Kinda carry over the RPGMaker ideas to the crazy world of LBP.

The LBP servers seemed to have been down most of the day

I've had it a couple days so far, I've tinkered with making small things in my level. I've made a snowman, falling snow flakes, and a tree. If the servers were up, I'd be working on a ski-lift right about now.

There's probably a good hour in tutorials explaining everything, and when you complete a tutorial, you get rewarded with stickers and stuff. Here's the pros and cons:

Pros:
-straight from the opening credits, I knew this game was going to be awesome and creative.
-a lot of great levels already made in such a short time.
-tutorials are informative, and not boring.
-narrorator voice is entertaining.

Cons:
-I experienced a lot of lag with 4 players. Even some lag with just 2 players.
-I found myself fighting with the camera when making a level. (in order to zoom into the object you're making, you have to exit the popit menu, then zoom in, then re-open the popit menu.)
-Probably for every 1 good level made, there's 5 bad levels.
-I'm not digging the whole rewind/pause/fastfoward thing when making a level. It's really laggy.
-can't edit levels offline. Hopefully it's only a beta thing.

Overall, this game is going to be awesome. It's like RPG Maker all over again.

I got through all of the rest of the tutorials today, and i played a bunch of levels online. There is this pretty cool level, i cant remember what it is called, but you have to adjust the aim of a cannon, and shoot something (not sure what it is) at a dragon, and everytime you get a direct hit, or it goes into the dragons stomach, you get some points, and you hit it so many times and the dragon eventually dies and you beat the level. I havent even tried LittleBigColossus (or whatever it is called) yet.

I remember seeing that level in a video. I really would like to see how they built the Ganster level with sackboy moving the bouncy pad to deflect the bullets back up to the shooting bosses.

That really impressed me.

I really didn't give two ****s about LBP up until now.

I want to play it. Now.
