Yeah, that was one of the first things that came to my mind: "Why'd she kill him....did she mistake him for a snack?"

I wonder if the blunt force trauma could have been caused by her sitting on him?

Yeah, give her a personal trainer from hell until she can get squeezed behind bars. And keep the ACLU away from this case, they'd probably consider exercise "cruel and unusual". They have to squeeze her into to court somehow because she has a right to a jury trial, so time to break out the calisthenics. They also have to be careful that any slimming routines don't cause massive heart failure before she can be tried.
