Me and my brother used to have contests to see who could quote the funniest thing from Rocko, but any quotes from that episode weren't allowed because they would always win by default.[cenComment

One of my favorite quotes was in the episode where Heffer and Filburt videotape Rocko sleepwalking naked. How Heffer says "Nakeeeeeeeed" and the look on his face when he says it, makes me lose it every time.

Two other great episodes that I can think of.
Funniest one, hands down, is when Heifer and Filbert dress up like Mr.bighead to give his presentation. "I'm Mr big head, and boy am IIIIIIII groiuchyyyyyyyyyyyyy" and of course "Wee wee" "WEE WEE" "Wee wee" "WEE WEE"
